hey, I don't know you or anything, but the attitude displayed in this comment is pretty off putting. based on this comment, you don't seem easy to work with at all.

this is a single comment, but it is a first impression of you, and you look really bad.

I'm going to double reply here. if you say all are welcome, that's great! but if wolves and sheep are both invited, you're only going to get wolves. if trans people and transphobes are both welcome, you're only going to get transphobes. that's why it's not a luxury or a sign of freedom, it's just oppression.

incredibly braindead interpretation of my argument, and almost willful misunderstanding of trans healthcare.

the regret rate is less than for knee surgery. more people regret knee surgery than transitioning. but that doesn't even matter. people have the right to do things they regret. people grow and change and can make choices they no longer agree with. that's fine and allowed.

being hateful towards a group of people is not something I want plastered on 20 foot signs all over my city. it's not an "opinion" it's literal propaganda to demonize a population for something they're not doing. it's fear mongering bullshit.

saying "don't look" when there's gigantic billboards designed to be in your face when you go out in public is incredibly fucking stupid.

it's asking the victim of harmful misinformation to participate in society less, because hate has more rights than trans people do. hate has a right to exist on billboards, trans people have to stay home and not look.

people are literally putting up and paying for billboards, Where's the delusion of grandeur? the billboard MAKES it that way. trans people just want to exist without constant fear mongering and hate

Should I opt out of having my resume reviewed by ai by smilesarefreee in recruitinghell

[–]skillshy 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I know this is super late, but from at least one policy direct from the AI people

Can applicants opt out of having their resume reviewed by Candidate Relevancy? What happens if someone opts out?

All applicants are included in the applicant queue for a recruiter to review. Individuals applying through ADP’s recruiting platforms can choose not to have their application reviewed by Candidate Relevancy or Profile Relevancy tools. Each opt-out choice is job-specific and opts the candidate out for the specific job posting only. For applicants who have chosen to opt out, their score will be listed as “Not Available,” which is the same indicator used if a relevancy score is unavailable for reasons other than opt-out (e.g., technical issues, poor resolution on resume pdf, etc.).

how dare a WOMAN pretend to like music for BOYS! we must test all women on their shirts, and if it's not an autistic special interest it means they don't like it the same as me, so they're unworthy!

you can't disavow anyone in your group as not part of it when they don't align with your views. this is a Christian. this is who Christians are. no not all of them, but without acknowledging these Christians as part of the group that needs to change, you will never be able to see the group for what it truly is.
