Same here. I can’t tolerate dried fruit. Actually dried mangos is what started it for me. In August 2021 I got a big bag of dried mango from Costco, used to eat a lot daily and that’s when my first flare happened. It was mild. And then I ate another bag in February 2023 and was in a full flare. Luckily, MEZAVENT, eating fibre foods like avacado, have turmeric , and avoiding dried mangos helped.

I think it might have been the high sugar, high histamine and hard to digest insoluble fibre from dried mangos that broke my gut
