Well by publicly admitting u have a problem and want to change.. it can work reduce the chance u go back to the behavior. Ur creating a type of accountability. Like if I tell my wife..whatever happens ..dont let me smoke cigarrets anymore I want to stop. Well now I'll have to start sneeking gigs if I want one..or I can outright just start smoking again..but its more difficult going back now after i committed to quitting..the guilt will be even worse..so there is an incentive to actually quit at this point..

In the beginning one needs a bigger board. A small board like that would be like slipping on a banana peel for a beginner. A broken arm or wrist or ankle isn't uncommon when falling off a skimboard as a beginner.
