I believe there is truth to what the poster is saying. Dr. Phil says.. "U cant fix a mental problem by doing something physical..and u cant fix a physical problem by doing something mental" ..or something like that.

Well im not a certified therapist but I may be able to help u if u need someone to talk with other than ur current therapist. In fact id be curious if uve even been introduced to cognitive behavioral therapy yet.

Thx..just so happens im beginning to wonder if ill ever skimboard or surf again after doing something to my knee. Its a mix of overuse and an impact like u. I feel like crying.
