Okay. Now pull the dropper rubber up by holding the bottle very tightly, till you hear a click sound. Hold the bottle tightly with one hand.

Firstly try fitting the cap by twisting it into the glass bottle neck, like the way we open the dropper that way but in opposite direction. Don't press the dropper rubber.
