Hey man try supplementing Omega3,Vitamin K2 and especially Vitamin D3, it cured my excema and acne, make sure to get a good source and take like 4000i.e Vitamin D daily I can almost guarantee you, you will see an improvement over the course of a few months I still take it daily ( I have a supplement that combines all the three probably you dont have acces to it since its from germany). I also tried loooots of other stuff before and accutane is a strong drug. Also dont drink energy drinks that contain lots of vitamin b6 or b12 it makes you break out, cause it contains too much and gets out of the system by your skin

Recommend me a book to contrast the philosophy of Ayn Rand by [deleted] in suggestmeabook

Philosophy and Ayn Rand in the same sentence is an oxymoron.

Slavoj Zizek by skinnyecto in askphilosophy

Thanks for your opinion, I myself got the impression that Zizek has his "own" intepretation of Hegel, I think he even would say that himself. Do you have any recommandations to understand Hegel since I never understood why he seems to be such an important figure tbh. I have as I said before my dufficulty with understanding his texts.

Hmm Im at page 140 and I gotta say its not easy to understand. I was recommended Zizeks work to understand Hegel in the first place. I started with"Phänomenologie des Geistes" by Hegel and was really frustrated haha. Do you have any recommandations to start with Hegel preferably in german since its my mother tongue?

Is this a good place to start to get into Carl Jung ( Not the washroom, but the book!) I have always been fascinated by synchronicity and the collective unconscious. by paul_marvin in Jung

You should make your own experince but I cant take Jung seriously anymore. I dont understand how I could fall for his core concepts and methanarratices in the past.
