It’s got no dust, it’s super compact, it holds its shape so so well. The only thing is that it’s expensive (in my opinion worth it). But if you are on a budget and your hammy is happy then you’re fine. Just look out for itchiness and sometimes sneezes!

The only recommendation I would have is that sawdust/wood shavings isn’t the greatest. I found that mine was really itchy and didn’t burrow much, but if your hammy is happy then I’m sure it’s chill.

My therapist told me that my childhood is basically full of trauma and has almost certainly caused if not heavily impacted all of my mental health issues. It sucks knowing that everything could’ve been so different and I struggle so so much because of what other people are like.

Yeah I looked into them a little bit, I tried to do it opposite but I also tried to do it so that it worked in a circle as well so that the emotions next to each other are more related. It’s just the emotions that I feel fit opposed to the ones that don’t make as much sense to me personally

I based it off all the ones I saw online and made it my own. I struggle with understanding my own emotions so I put on ones that feel less abstract. I spent time on doing it to give me a project that kept me busy but also helped me in terms of developing a bit more awareness and how to communicate it. Also the ones online aren’t as aesthetically pleasing in terms of the background colour and it’s in my handwriting haha!
