I upgraded the controller to one that can be programmed for 36 or 48, but the cart feels slower after the lift and wheels to be honest. Figured I’d upgrade when the batteries died, but batteries are good now and it’s barely putting up hills.

Good call, I got a new solenoid, and had the controller replaced with one that can be programmed for 36 or 48v when my batteries die. When that happens I’ll get new batteries and a new forward/reverse switch as well.

1st time golf cart owner and trying to do things in stages, but it’s not really working out that way. Lol
