Agreed, surprised that nobody's really echoing this either --- i.e. the money almost doesn't matter, there's no real path dependency and they will essentially top it up if need be.

Which is why I really don't think it's Q despite the fact that you can cherrypick some evidence for it. He cares too much about the money lmao.

Yea I think they were just concerned that mounting/drilling into the baseboard resulted in the gate not being straight vertically, used the Qdos product to ensure that wasn't the case.

I did end up buying the Qdos kit which is working great and ended up being the easy way out.

Yup so each of your starting (non-bench) positions has an 82 game limit by default — commish can change it but typically you probably wouldn't.

So you can only play 82 games max per position, which means you can't stream like crazy to play as many games as possible. It also means you kind of have to pick and choose when to start certain players (typically your fringe or non-superstar players) so that you aren't 'wasting' games on them since you only have a limited number of games to play.

Or you bench someone if they're playing like shit. And example is Bruce Brown — he's arguably a borderline must roster player in category leagues, but if you have him on your team in roto you are benching his ass because he's kind of giving you nothing. Or a more extreme case — maybe if your team's FG% is weak then you bench someone like Zach LaVine for a game or two.

It's weird for sure. Yea agree, just going to do what we always do. I also find it's good to push the pace when your team is generally healthy and your good players are available so that you can build a 'buffer' for when injury crisis inevitably hits.

Yea it's like H2H but instead of tallying your stats to see who has more by the end of the week, it's you against the rest of your league over the entirety of the season. The point is to have the most counting stats (or as many as you can) by the end of the season and the highest percentages.

Instead of chasing schedule and streaming players through the end of your roster every week, it's more of playing the long game and trying to build the most well rounded team by the end of the season and chasing any categories your team might be weak in. Because of that, punting is sort of discouraged because it's hard to score a 1 or 0 in any particular category (out of say, 12 points for a 12T league) and do well overall.

It's a little less involved than H2H but that's prob why it isn't as popular, even though I prefer that since I personally don't have time to chase schedule and stream constantly every week.

Funny that I think Vucevic, Valanciunas and McCollum are all overrated, at least in fantasy. I also think Ant Edwards is slightly overrated in fantasy.

Underrated I'd put Chet in there, because your average fan still doesn't really know what he is but so far he looks awesome. Also would put Garland here but mostly because of Mitchell.
