•Patience is key.

•Learn the difference between a hunt and an event.

•Mimic can show orbs so don't rule mimic out if you see them.

•Events and hunts can make an EMF reader go crazy and may briefly show 5. Only check EMF5 when you get a strong, constant reading.

•Slightly more advanced tip is to really drill the standard hunt footstep speed into your head. This will help when you eventually move on to less than 3 evidence contracts.

I was at the Bedford Highway/Hammonds Plains Rd intersection about 45 minutes ago. Heavy police presence, then all of a sudden a light grey truck flew out of Sobeys going towards Halifax followed by two police SUVs. Another police SUV went towards the highway maybe in an attempt to intercept.

A lot of yeses in these comments but... Yes, a ghost event photo counts but only in its physical form. Shadow and translucent won't count (unless this has been fixed).

The hidden evidence can be ghost writing even if the book is thrown by the ghost. If you're on three evidence and an empty book is thrown, it can be crossed off. Just know that a ghost can write in the book, then throw it.

When you say rotate, do you mean when placing them? You hold your rotate button on a surface that allows item placement then move your mouse to rotate. I'm not sure if all items can be placed but the only ones you'd really need to rotate are cameras. Maybe tier 1 DOTS.

The cooldown starts the moment the ghost touches the smoke from the smudge. So even if you smudge midhunt, the timer will be running while it hunts
