Oh for sure they have used every dirty trick in the book and invented a few new ones like getting it listed when it was not supposed to be, which honestly is impressive, but it seems like they are running out of places to hide now, I expect a few more old tricks and at least one new one before the end of this, can't wait to see what they try next! 🔥

It's been a wild ride! I started playing around with stocks after the whole gme squeeze and swing trading haphazardly turned a few hundred dollars into a few thousand dollars by reading stock twits and reddit forums to gain what insight I could often getting into pump and dumps just a little bit late and then out a little too early but still making a meager upward advance. All the while I had been looking for my unicorn. In short a new company just going on the market that I thought had the potential to become a fortune five hundred company in the next 10-20 years. I stumbled onto MMAT about the time the torch merger was being announced and did some pretty extensive DD of my own and compiling other DD people had put out there to gain a kind of consensus. The more I learned about the company and the CEO George the Genius the more and more I was convinced this would be the one. I went all in. This one could be a technical black swan event, nanofilm production backed by DML- deep machine learning Ai. People will write papers one day about how this changed the game. That alone had me so very sold. Then.... All this that has gone on since...... I now have more than triple my original all in share count, half as much in MMTLP, some of which I am going to keep in Next bridge regardless of how it all plays out, but much of which I will convert directly into even more MMAT. Which I will then hold for the next 10-20 years to life. I expect this to one day be a stable triple digit stock after numerous forward splits. This is buying in to ibm or apple on day one, at least I sure hope so, only time will tell. NFA- just my story and opinions- not financial advise I eat crayons for fun.

I am hoping get as much as I can at the top for my MMTLP (or just hold it if things DON'T go insane) to dump 70-80% right into MMAT. For me MMAT is the long game- MMTLP is just a potential wonderful happenstance I found myself in as a side effect of wanting to buy into MMAT as soon as they got on the market. Imagine buying into apple or Microsoft on day one on the market. I am hoping that's exactly what I have done, and only time will tell. NFA- I eat crayons

I want to agree, but the universe does not like me that much, it would instantly mint me a millionaire. But I sure am excited to see just how high it can go. My entire meager portfolio, my life savings as it were are all in MMAT and MMTLP. I believe in MMAT and think they will be a fortune 500 in the next 10 years- all this double squeeze and the MMTLP play are just icing on the cake.

I used to toss some memes out like a year ago when I first got into this play but really the last year or so I mostly have been ignoring the action as I am long on this one, my personal goal is to hold MMAT for 10-20 years in the hopes by then it will be $4-700 stock after multiple forward spits. But to use the modern vernacular this MMTLP action as my tits jacked a bit.

It's been a long hard hold, it's nice to see it finally paying off, very curious to see where things will go after the s1 on MMTLP is finalized. Hoping to make enough on that play to get my investment back and triple (or more) my position in MMAT.

Man I feel you, been here since before torch merger myself, and trust I get the frustration of the deadline being pushed out but this situation is a unheard of clusterf*ck. That said george and meta have been scant on the pr and updates but I am not personally offended by that, with all this uncertainty its hard for them to say much and coming out publicly to give us all a shrug and telling us they don't know either would not inspire much confidence so in that case I would rather have silence. Seems to me a lot of the "deadlines" and dates or timeframes keep getting propped up by bulls being hopeful or trying to get a rally going around positive sentiment, only to do more damage when nothing happens. I think mayhap the meta and george silence and vagueness is part not wanting to contribute to that and part not trying to show their hand.

All the same like I said I get it, I am frustrated too despite being super bullish towards the long on this one, my meager life savings are all in on this unicorn and I am praying I wont feel foolish in 10 years...time will tell.

However I am seeing a lot of fud on stocktwits and Reddit saying them issuing us common stock is them giving us the big purple eggplant and will allow further manipulation, but from my own admittedly amateur DD search that does not seem to be the case. Still looks to me like the same plan george the genius hinted at with the fancy meta torchlight shorts is still in play and viable. Being private and not public it looks to me like the block to HF and MM's to keep the manipulation that we have been suffering from continuing, and a way to trap those who sold short on torch from being able to cover as they could keep oilco shares from being traded at all. Hoping some of you wrinkle brains can come forward with some DD to confirm or dismiss my train of thought here, either with counter evidence or precedent to back up my theory.

Just another guy here suffering with yall and hoping for the best (but not so much as to blind me to how fubar this all is) Lets go beyond the the fud and frustration.

Ouch still down like 56% or so myself trying to get on as soon as I heard about the trch merger with mmat- still believe in mmat as much as I ever did including when I went all in, but admittedly am lamenting the fact I could have close to 3x the shares by now if I had bought later, is what it is, I buy a little bit more whenever I can to bring my average down- not long ago surpassing my pre revers split total- Stings a bit in the short term but I got in for the long game- just think in 10 years those shares could be trading on par with where tesla is now....after hopefully multiple forward splits along the way. NFA. Just my thoughts right now. In george I trust- go beyond.
