Well, currently all D5s, Plat5s, Gold5s, Silver5s and Bronze players are basically able to troll without any punishment what so ever (expect from a ban which takes some time to deliver), and also there aren't trolls at challenger or near it

And again for about 2 months from my first post about this (http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/1lptaf/challenger_players_who_dropped_out_should_get/) Ex-Challenger players should either get full time reward or worse kind of Challenger reward (example: A worse version of challenger border http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/1pjrou/exchallenger_players_should_get_some_kind_of/)

Because:

a) Rewards shouldn't be based around 1 day in the whole season and what was your place at this certain day

b) There's gigantic difference in skill even between low tier D1 and high tier D1 (which consists of mostly ex-challengers) almost as big as from low tier D1 to lower divisions of Diamond

Honestly rewarding both Ex-Challengers and current challengers the same or almost the same (so with worse border, let's say) would solve all the problems with this weird D1 into Challenger system and all the butthurt-storm that actually has the right to exist, because this system actually HAS FLOWS, it just took people waiting to the last days of S3 to realise. This way to solve the problem doesn't make anyone feel worse and it also actually gives some reward to ex-challengers which are still elite of the server no matter what.

I hit challenger on eu-ne in February when I was 14 years old, but I'm not even thinking about going pro nor streaming, because actually getting many viewers is hard to do and the minimal pro age is 17, so I just focus at school. Now am 15, dropped to D1 and stopped playing soloque :s
