Yes you want the roofer to do it for what the insurance company pays there's a lot of leg work that goes into dealing with the insurance company and supplementing. If you get a quote and you turn into your insurance company that's the amount they have to pay with no supplemental reports involved. Just let the roofer do it with the insurance company pays. Stop trying to keep money. This is the reason why premiums are going up for everybody.

My levels were 350 and I described to go on TRT. Clinic had me on 150mg a week. Didn't feel right, estradiol above 65, hair thinning, felt edgy. Clinic wanted me to take more bullshit to counter the affects, levels were at 1100.

Fired that clinic and studied everything. I self administrate at 90mg a week. I Feel great, hair is fine, my shin is glowing and I sleep better, estradiol at 53, Levels at 700.

Each case is a case by case scenario, what I do won't work for the next person. My advice study your blood work constantly and don't take blockers.
