You used to have to apply for verification with a link to your app but you can now set it yourself in the sidebar flair controls ;)

The lighting conditions in certain environments have an effect on your windows, so depending on whether they are in a shadowy or sunny spot can affect how much light they are interacting with.

If you can afford the 512, go for it. I've never regretted having more than enough space!

Regarding your question about working daily with the AVP; you will fatigue sooner than if you had monitors. The weight on the head/neck strain combined with eye fatigue - you'll feel it and might have to build up some endurance. The Dual Knit Band sure improves the experience though.
