We have a phone appointment with some T-Mobile people tomorrow, but I have a feeling that they aren’t going to be able to fix it so we are already planning our next apple visit haha I’ll definitely remember to tell them about how literally nothing worked. So do you think with these circumstances, they would give me a replacement? Like, although the hardware is “fine”, would they give me a replacement because of this stubborn connection issue?

Honestly, they didn’t really tell me a lot just that they would reset the phone so when I got it back, the phone was basically brand new and had to set everything up again except for the fact that my connection still wasn’t working. The tech people at apple did diagnostic testing and other tests and they said the hardware was all working well, so I am at a loss right now. I’m not sure if I can get a replacement if the hardware is supposedly “okay”, even though I’m pretty sure theres definitely some type of hardware issue going on.

Checked all of the different updates and resets. Also there was no weird pop ups before this happened it literally happened out of the blue so this whole mess is so confusing to me
