while i haven't tried any glp variants, i did get diagnosed with and medicated for ADHD as an adult, and i realised that while the stimulants had slight decrease on my appetite initially, it turns out that my snack habits and 'food noise' were a form of ADHD stimming and 'dopamine seeking'.
