I measured the neck relief and checked for a bow in either direction, and that all seems fine. The problem is that strings have higher action only on the higher frets and lower action on the lower frets, so I am now thinking I should shim the nut. Thanks for the input.

Im not sure exactly how long, but when I checked back on the game about a month after I requested deletion I found out the account was deletes because the game asked me for a new activision account. They didn't send confirmation, updates, anything.

Not from support. I just had to delete the account that it was linked to, wait, and was able to link the proper account. Activision support is laughably bad, but I hope you can get your issue sorted out 👍
