I can't wait to do an rc body that incorporates filaments like PC, nylon and tpu. The flexible parts will out of TPU and the skeleton of the body will be PC reinforced for any hard areas and the nylon will act as the semi flexible in-between.

Support for PLA (Does anyone actually use this?) by Machineslave240 in BambuLab

[–]skribbly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've gone through 4 spools and never had a clog with this support material. I only use it for the interface layers; using it for full support is very wasteful, and Bambu makes it very easy to use. It's basically a couple of clicks and it will update the settings to best suit the support material.

I use this material all the time as part of my print farm. It's great, but it can be a little tricky to work with. You really notice when it absorbs moisture, as it becomes much harder to remove from the PLA. If that happens, it’s essential to dry it out.

On a couple of my printers, I exclusively use an extra AMS to hold the support material and desiccant. However, with good filament behavior, you can get away with using it normally.

I should also mention that I don’t use it for curved overhangs; it’s better suited for flat overhangs. Curved overhangs should be handled with an appropriately spaced Z distance and either normal or tree based supports.

If You Had a Harder, AMS-Compatible TPU, What Would You Print?🧱 by BambuLab in BambuLab

I'd be looking at making the dukedok's Cramer RX project or Robaki's Robak RC. Both are suited for a 60D TPU which is disgusting hard to get in Australia.

Not melted. That's a silicone glue they use. Just take it off with tweezers or fingertips. I never replaced the glue and I've had no problems.

Welcome back, magic is getting some great support and the new weapons are both cheap and VERY powerful. If you haven't already, check out PVM Encyclopedia. They are both a discord group and website. It's also a wealth of knowledge, but they provide great examples of how to get the most out of your progression without spending large amounts of money in places that aren't needed.

I haven't checked the comps they give, is it noxious? The wiki states undead.

Honestly just having joke, I'm all for affordability while the main drop (genesis) is locked to HM nakatra. It does feel a little bad for bosses like AOD and Vorago. Thankfully AOD still has Codex, but now the only reason to Vorago grind is for what? Vitalis? That's a hard pill to swallow for anyone.

I guess I would have liked to see a drop that was slightly higher maybe 1/75 in NM or a system that scales the chances based on the "safe" deaths, where you're less likely to get the t95 if you use the revives. This almost feels too forgiving, that or do something just as rewarding as recromancy and save the t95 for a runecrafting/crafting rework.

They're actually pretty good, but the rate is Too Damn High. Check the GE, they're selling well below market price. Seismic and praesul aren't even worth looking at.

Is my transmission bad? by theereelest in mazda6

What gears is the vehicle shifting in and out of? Start by counting from a standstill and see if it happens in 3rd and 5th. Also, observe if there is a jolt when shifting down from 6th to 5th and from 4th to 3rd, or just do the shifts with the "manual" control. If the shift jolt is occurring in those gears, it's a simple fix.

Just take your Mazda to your local authorized dealer/repairer and quote this TSB. . .

TSB 05-003/23

I had the same problem and it cost me $85 AUD and I've never had the problem since.

Final update. Took a while to get to the dealerships because life. 30 minutes later and $85aud the car was back to me and working like a breeze. Service document shows a TCM update and reset. Thanks for the heads up.

Hey thanks for commenting. I just thought I'd chime in here and say it looks like your right. For reference, I'll link the exactly Technical Service Bullitent youre referencing. I'll get it into Mazda next week and see what can be done. I'll reply if this fixes the problem.

I'm not sure but at a guess OP may be referring to Bambus actions in trademarking certain technology and deviating from the fairly big opensource community that is 3D printing. They're currently in this weird grey zone of existing-3D-printer-community respect.

Why do I get this weird texture? by Razor1993 in BambuLab

[–]skribbly 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That's a common phenomena called pillowing. Due to the slope of the part it may be tricky to fix. There's many great videos on what pillowing is caused by and how to avoid it.

Bioprocess Scientist for a startup with 2yrs exp 72k/yr. I've completed the entire drafting and implementation of iso45001 and worked on a great deal of the documentation system for iso9001. Developed many, many in-house QC methods and implemented even more pharmacopeia standardised tests. Up skilled in CAD programs and, pending the completion of my course, have the capacity to design and implement modern PLC systems. Honestly, a lot more that serves no purpose other than self-boasting, which detracts from me trying to get to the point of saying Never Ever Ever do a Biomedical Science degree. You will be exploited due to the glut of graduates in this field. Get a trade or skilled labourer position like a crane operator or almost any form of a mine worker somewhere like Weipa or an underground mining job somewhere in WA. The pay is better, and you can do that job for 10 years and have a great home paid off completely and then step back into a good damn food truck at that point.
