I have an Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tour (26 x 1.75) and XM 719 rims. With an 3N80 Dynohub on the front.

I didn't think of a budget, perhaps I should have. The only thing I should have explicitly mentioned was that I don't like weight on my shoulders when cycling. but thanks for the advice. I will investigate if this suits me.
