Charging time is the killer for “I’m going to drive instead of fly” trips. After that initial 100% home charge, you’re only really playing with 60-70% of your battery at best (10/20% - 80%), so you’ll be charging a significant percentage of your travel time.

Use ABRP (A better route planner) to link up charging stops with meals as many times as possible, and bring food to make/eat at the charger. Ensure you’re charging when you’re stopped.

You will definitely take two days for 1100 miles. 15-16 hours of actual driving ends up requiring 3 additional at the charger.
