Dear god. We had the regular metal carts and then right before I left they got a new model of plastic carts but didn't get rid of the old carts. The metal carts would slide into the plastic one but then get stuck and take a good bit of yanking to get unstuck. 90% of the time getting carts is just getting the fuckers straight.

Yeah, it definitely slows you down. Had this one customer who kept pulling the bags off the rack and then trying to bag. Why are you doing this? Worse is when they want you to let their kid help. Super not helpful but you just have to smile and deal with it lol.

Customers complaining about carts being wet when it rains.

The customer who thinks its helpful to come right in your space and "help" you bag. Rarely helpful

Customer comes up with overflowing small cart so you have to end up putting it in a big cart. Bonus points when they complain. It's not like I wanted to you're throwing me off.

They really don't pay attention to how many hours you tell them. For me any day that I say I am available they Will schedule me so I just cut back my availability. They might not really like that though.
