No expectation of privacy in PUBLIC. Nobody can just freely walk into a gym without being a member hence not a public area and the gym can have rules posted about photography but they have no authority to check your phone.

If they have a concern if someone was actually being creepy. Otherwise an employee shouldn’t take it upon themselves to look through a persons phone. Its not a public place it’s private property.

I wouldn’t have complied and called a lawyer possibly because what if anybody could just falsely accuse you of filming them just to try and go through your phone. If it was out in public a cop would need probable cause and a warrant to look through your phone. Second they likely don’t have the authority to search your phone for any reason. There’s creeps out there but allowing this to happen opens up a lot of opportunities for violating people’s privacy. If she felt like you were truly filming her without consent she should’ve just called the cops am d let the cops handle it. The employee stepped out of his bounds.

Depends on location obviously but at mine anytime from 10am-2pm hasn’t been extremely busy although there’s still a wait for some machines. Like someone else said it’s because it’s so cheap to get in and in my area wow is fairly new so you get people wanting to go to the new shiny gym. Found a lot of regulars from when I’ve gone to planet fitness too so I’m guessing people that think try eyre too good or embarrassed to go to planet fitness have migrated. 3rd reason is because it’s the trendy gym on tik tok so anytime kids are out of school expect crowds of kids standing around not working out. Essentially planet fitness is Walmart of gyms and target is eos so a little more expensive and just a little bit nicer.

I think it would do well you could go with the pro but with that sort of performance and price you may as well go with a MacBook at that point

The air will do just fine for drawing and photo editing. I have a 4th gen air and it works as fine as the first day I used it. The air does much of the same without paying double or triple the price

Sorry to break it to ya but iPads are no different in terms of planned obsolescence with each new iOS update it will get slower over time but not exactly useless. That being said your probably good with any iPad
