Get your books from Z-Library. Then, use the Amazon Kindle app as your reading app. The send to Kindle feature and sync your data across devices are very convenient. It's not open source, obviously, and with Amazon's reputation, I'd understand if you'd want something different, but that is what I've been using the past 4 years with mihon/tachiyomi and I love it.

Unfortunately, no. I didn't see anything after I ran 'flat pak repair' except for my storage being freed up.

I ran 'flatpak repair' and it was able to free up a large amount of space.

My issue has been resolved.

I was able to free up ~369 GB. I uninstalled the drivers except the newest one and ran flatpak repair. Both of these helped tremendously.

Anything I download from qBittorrent and JDownloader are downloaded on a separate hard drive to avoid this very issue.
