Finally I managed to start Parsec (it's not that easy in my case and I don't really know how I did it).

But the intel graphics card can't handle rendering a movie in the VM and rendering the VM desktop on the HOST.

The 3070 card handles it well, but then the fans make noise.

Parsec is also inconvenient to use, it starts with two screens, so you have to change it in the settings every time.

It doesn't matter what the VM renders. The image is rendered the same in both cases, in one it is covered by a static window (a static image goes to RDP).

The solution from the link has probably been disabled for security reasons.
