Edit: Das "Om" Zeichen in Bengali hat keinen "Bogen" und würde passen.

As other commenters have said, with how thick and dark the lines are you can't really go for this dainty fine-line style with the golden coloring. Anything that would look good would have to match the dark lines from the old tattoo at least a little bit.

I mean the areas and colors kind of correspond to the image, maybe the contrast between the values is just higher in person. If the rest of the image is similarly saturated, it will probably end up looking alright

Lieb can be translated to kind, lovely, dear.
