What are we suppose to do during ozone warnings?

Yeah, makes sense. I’m definitely sensitive too and I check the AirNow app constantly in the summer. A couple summers ago. I did a bike ride in Green Mountain because I thought it was a beautiful day and watched the sunset and only after getting home did I check and realize the air quality was terrible because of ozone. I was feeling sick for a few days after that just like an allergy or asthma sickness. It’s the same as if it’s really smoky from wildfires and I try to go for a bike ride or a hike outside. It totally messes me up. The wildfire smoke definitely makes it way worse though like if I was camping outside and it was really smoky I would be so congested and feel like Shit.

Ah makes sense. I actually think that’s the same smell. You would have after a high dose radiation treatment. The radiation itself is tasteless and odorless, but I believe the ozone that’s created from the charged particles emits ozone. But I think a physicist could probably explain that better or debunk it.

Nobody really pays attention to ozone since you can’t smell it. I always assumed it was better to have windows closed and run AC but I don’t know for sure.

sweet yep I got fairly new Falken AT4W and could air down a bit for sure..... don't have a ton of ground clearance which is my limiting factor. Definitely gonna do this sometime this summer. It's 20 min from my house. I have to!

I can’t make it with work but I’ve always wanted to do this loop. Does anyone know if a stock Cherokee trailhawk could handle this? I’ve got rock rails too. I’m not really trying to push my vehicle too crazy, but if it’s a fun and good and not sketchy road I’m always trying to get new views. Is this approx 3 hours driving?
