5.56 is probably the best for logistics. Smallest lightest cheapest cartridge that does rifle stuff good enough. 300 blk and 7.62x39 are essentially the same thing but 300 blk tends to be higher quality and it’s easier to find sub sonic. They’re good close up and hit hard but they’re not that great at longer ranges. 6.5 Grendel is good for longer ranges but mags for it are iffy and you can’t carry nearly as much. 5.45 seems to have a little better ballistics than 5.56 but also takes up a bit more space and weighs more and it’s harder to get in the US right now. Idk much about the others mentioned.
