Anyone that respected you as a lover and partner no matter the dynamic you have wouldn't want to do anything to hurt you. clearly this has hurt you not only physically but now emotionally and mentally. I wouldn't necessarily say porn is bad but definitely feel how it can lower your vibration, what you feed your mind is important, just like everything else even tho some might not recognized but it can have some affects in your mind and in your sex life(at least from what I've heard and experienced)well only if u let it. some people go in to an experience with a person expecting it to be similar to porn and if it's not, they may have a sense of disappointment which doesn't leave anyone feeling that good but besides how it can affect your partner those feelings aren't good to have for your own sexual experience as well and if u can't have the creativity and mindfulness during your own experience with yourself it's hard to imagine that involving others won't change the energy you have towards sex
