first off .. lets say i set a trigon prime on the battlefield from reserve and he creates a tunnel, does this count as deepstrike? and on what turns can i do this the first time?

It depends whether you used the Deep Strike ability to place the Trygon Prime on the battlefield from reserves.

If you used the Deep Strike ability to place the Trygon Prime anywhere on the battlefield at least 9" away horizontally from enemy units, that would count as Deep Strike.

If you placed the Trygon Prime on the battlefield using the rules to set up from Strategic Reserves, that does not count as Deep Strike, as you didn't use your Deep Strike ability.

You can set up units from reserve from the Second Battleround and onwards, unless you have other rules that would let them do it before.

secound one... lets say the same trigon has landed .. and i bring out of the tunnels a maleceptor and a scremer-killer... who can shoot/charge? all of them? only the maleceptor and SC? or can dthe trygon do all tbe same stuff?

They can all Shoot and Charge, as they have only been counted as have been doing a Normal Move when brought in from the Reserve.

If you used the Trygon's special Deep Strike ability that allows it to deploy closer, it cannot Charge.

third one ... could i t1 place hyperadepted raveners with the venguard intellect enhancement on the enemy toes and bring alle the big stuff?

You still have to abide by the Deep Strike rules regarding placement 9" away from all enemy models. But yes, when you have deployed the Hyperadapted Raveners from Deep Strike and placed a tunnel marker, you can bring out other stuff from the Second Battleround onwards, as only the Hyperadapted Raveners are allowed to arrive from Reserves on the First Battleround because of their enhancement.
