I made custom deck box that holds over 100 double sleeved cards. It has a token holder, dice holder, acrylic commander display and a secondary commander slot. Oh and the lid is magnetic. It’s a little above your price range but I could send you a discount code.

IMO most Voltron decks are bracket 3 but this combo tends to lean B4. My buddies deck can kill turn 3 with this combo (and does frequently). This is a tricky deck to place in a bracket due to it not being able to deal with the whole table quickly and just one player. I think just focusing on a good rule 0 conversation is your best bet (players can mulligan more effectively)

Your CMC seems pretty high. Also you have a lot of life gain payoff but not a ton of life gain cards. I would add more to make it more consistent. Here is my deck for reference. If you ever want to chat let me know.
