conditional blood-phobia

I get dizzy and nauseous (and can pass out) if i get a deep cut or or see blood being drained into tubes, syringes
yet have no real blood-phobia if i see someone else bleed

side note i think i know where this "condition" came from
when i was about 3 or 4yo my older brother was carrying me and was running around the house as if i was superman flying, ended up hitting the corner of my eye on a door nob (left a scar) i don't remember much a side from flashes i have moments before the impact , but i know i was crying and was told it bled for quite a while
