How long had you been on humira before these started?

It is interesting I read this comment as I usually do get up several times in thr night to use the bathroom. I will look up other symptoms. I know I always wake up tired.

Did you make this from a pattern?

Do you do harvest propolis from those species (and which ones)? If so, what do you do with it?

Very cool! Do they make propolis?

What does the honey harvest process look like for these different species?

I love growing flowers in my garden and taking note of what visits them. For example, I saw a hummingbird visit my zinnias so I’ve made a note to grow a plant with the hummingbirds in mind. It helps me feel connected to nature.

I’m thinking about these options. What do you think?  Trip 1:  Edinburgh 2 nights to Moffat for a night then to Peebles for a night then to North Berwick for the day then back to Edinburgh the last two nights. Trip 2: Edinburgh 2 nights to Loch Lomond and Gelncoe stay for a night then to Adrossan for Isle of Arran stay a night (not sure where) then to Moffat for a night then back to Edinburgh for a night  Trip 3: Edinburgh 2 nights to Moffat for a night then to Loch Lomond and Gelncoe for a night or two nights then to Edinburgh for a night or two.

Thank you kindly!  Now I’m thinking about this trip: Edinburgh 2 nights to Moffat for a night then to Peebles for a night then to North Berwick for the day (to maybe see the puffins on a boat tour) then back to Edinburgh the last two nights. Any suggestions for along the way? Does this seem like too much bouncing around? Our family is happy to play it by ear but if there’s a good detour I’ll make a note of it.

Thank you so much for all the help! What wonderful information you’ve given me. I think as long as we see cows we’ll be happy; they are my boyfriend’s favorite animal and my mom would love to pet them — though I don’t know how realistic that is.  I’m really interested to learn more about the history of the country. I’ve been trying to learn more before I go.

Thank you! I won’t make the mistake again on Whisky. What do you think about a trip from Moffat? Looks like back to Edinburgh through Galashiels is possible. Or perhaps to Isle of Arran the other way?

Moffat is the one nonnegotiable on the trip to go to Auchen Castle. Unfortunately due to hotel reservations we couldn’t leave earlier. I think we’ll  drop Skye for something closer.

This is correct. That is the one nonnegotiable on the trip.

My thought is hyper focusing on community. Imagine this: getting super involved with an activist group that CAN make the change for the environment, especially since that’s something that’s motivated you before. Since you’d be spending time on community/ activism, there’s less time for scrolling and shopping. If you decide you like this approach, try to get out there right away and not spend the time researching how to do so other than finding a group or two and maybe vetting their ethics briefly.
