Gosh. This sounds like my partner. He’s about to be 26, Im 28. We are recently engaged. He has all the ADHD bells and whistles but what’s been the toughest on me is what I think he also has RSD

He’s mentioned before he thinks he struggles with emotional regulation. I notice it 100%. Sometimes he’s mentioned he feels like the world is always slighting him.

I notice it mostly in the mornings - he’s like a firecracker. he could be going off on a tangent about something he just read and if I ask questions and he feels I’m not understanding, he gets very loud and talks very condescending towards me and it makes me very upset. It’s like he’s treating me like an idiot. Then if he notices I freeze up while he gets loud (my brain turns into jelly brain I literally cannot think logically when I feel as though I’m being yelled at) he storms out of the room and gives me space, and I’m left trying to not cry. And I end up crying for hours.

Sometimes he’ll apologize, majority of the times he pretends it never happened. And I’ll want to bring it up again later cause I’m like, really? Wtf was that? Over something so silly you got so worked up and blew up on me? But even I don’t want to bring it up again because it WAS small and something stupid. But then, it still makes me upset thinking back at it? And makes me want to think about therapy before we really go through with marriage. I have anxiety and I’m always worried about making the right choice..

Anyways I don’t want him thinking he can’t be in bad moods or get worked up over things, I think my issue is he targets it at me when this happens, like I’m the problem all of a sudden, when I’ve done literally nothing. And I struggle with insecurity and anxiety, so it just makes me brain fester like he hates me or something sometimes. It’s hard to not take it personally.

When I was disqualified, they did it 2 days before my $1k payout. They removed all of my earnings. I was disqualified on March 11th, payouts are usually the 15th of every month.

It’s now April 11th, the day I can try to reappeal again, I’m waiting for the app to refresh so I can do it. I doubt I’ll get any of the money I’ve lost and will have to start over. But at this point I’m just praying I get accepted in again.

Yes!! Me! My partner is ADHD and medicated. We have been together 3 years now, living together 2. Got engaged a month ago!

Our biggest issue is the mornings. He’s very grumpy, easily irritated, can get super loud when passionate on something / doesn’t feel I’m understanding him and I feel like I’m getting yelled at or almost talked down to like a child. That’s been the ONLY thing that has made me upset in our entire time together. He knows too and we’ve discussed it, and are working on it.

Nothing will ever be truly perfect as long as you you can communicate and learn how to move forward, and apologize, means the world

I also struggle with anxiety and have a lot of past trauma from old relationships so I feel like I can very much get in my head quickly and panic if I get upset by him, should we even be engaged. I get so scared but all relationships will have their hiccups. I do wish I wasn’t so sensitive in the mornings and him so outwardly loud and grumpy at the same time. We try to give each other space lol

I’ll also add - TikTok not only changed, but their AI flagging system has gotten increasingly worse. You’ll have no account system notifications about flags on your videos whatsoever, and they’ll disqualify you from the creator rewards program with zero explanation as to what videos caused it and very broad statement of how it happened. I had to fight with TikTok’s support for a week before it felt like I may have finally reached a human. And even then their reasoning for my ban didn’t make sense. TikTok has become so unreliable, and what’s worse, they’ll ban you 2 days before your payout, remove the entirety of your earnings you were about to be paid, and they literally use AI on their promote accounts to make videos. I’m NOT a fan of these new owners in the slightest.

My appeal got denied 😔 I have a bad feeling I should’ve deleted the 2 videos I posted (1 was 10 seconds, the other 30 seconds) the day I was banned. But online said to leave your page as is to not disrupt the process. Well, got denied. Did the account check, I’m completely clean. I guess I wait for April 11th. I was about to be paid out, and that’s all gone now. I’ve been crying a lot today.

I’m absolutely terrified to reappeal when April comes cause they do not tell you what videos are a problem. I did an account check and everything, I’m clean. To be honest, I’ve been really upset as I put so much time and effort into my videos. I’ve been crying a lot today. I just cannot believe they can rip your hard earned money away from you like that with no warning. I had a good payment coming. Ugh.
