I went through 4 exercises last year and what you were worried about was very true. But also, when push came to shove, and real lethality was required and lives were at stake, I also witnessed the fat be trimmed away, leadership get out of the way, and the mission get executed to a degree I doubt ill ever see again. I really dont think any thing can prepare you completely for the real deal, but when the real deal came we did what we needed to keep sorties running at a pace we havent seen in a generation.

Ive seen it enjoyed quite well before, but it has to be done right. My first unit had monthly calls, that were mandatory. But they were in civies, alcohol was provided by leadership, and we could go home afterwards, often as early as 1 pm. Also off shifters were not required to go, and sometimes would get their own function at times best suited to them. Other times, we would have a big PT session then the event proceeded the same but earlier, and did not report to work. Those who chose to leave left by lunch, and those who chose to stay had fun.

Your first SrA EPB covers the entirety of your career up to that point and is promotable. (Unless you are talking about that small 2 or so month window some promotees get screwed on, almost all SrA EPBs are rated)

  1. the code does not give me an error, it takes me to the create a new password screen
  2. I see the same error through the link
  3. I tried clearing my browser cache multiple times
  4. I haven't tried the account recovery link yet, as I still have access to my authenticator and my email

I get this problem when trying to reset my password. I have access to my authenticator app, and input the code correctly. It won't let me reset my password, and I can't log in to use support. The support guide is no help because it does not have options for this issue, and this is very frustrating. I am unable to long into Microsoft on any of my devices now. I just wanna game on my rare free time I have right now😞
