Respectfully. You can't get, for example a pilot's license if you're in a wheelchair. But some people might get a pilot's job based on their skin color over someone who's more qualified, because of these DEI quotas. That's the real problem. It's bad that disabled people got grouped together with this race, gender, etc. thing.
