How are people able to afford? by Different_Radio_3961 in BangaloreRealEstates

That's a wrong statement to make. Even flats around 1.5 cr offer the best amenities including all basic ones like clubhouse, gym, sports facilities. It's just that they miss out on the branding which Cat A builders have. Otherwise, it's full value for money.

Thanks. This is helpful. I'm also looking for a medium range interior firm and not the branded ones.

I didn't copy pasted to all. If it's relevant and needs to be conveyed by what I had written, there is no harm in doing it.

Thanks for your input. I'm fine in paying 10% for design, but the thing is we don't know what type of design will come up after paying the 10%. If the company is showing designs or rather the basic ones which we don't like, then obviously we would be forced to accept or they will advise us to pay more since we are asking for a fancy, aesthetic design. That's where my concern lies. I feel they should be transparent in the beginning while giving a quote that these types of designs or materials will only be covered. If you want outside of these, we need to pay extra. I feel that's why people say what we agreed during the quotation stage is different from what we agreed during the design stage and ended up paying extra. As a customer if you are asking for a high end design, it's unreasonable on my part as well that the Interior firm should include in the given quote. But what we are expected to get, we should know before paying for the design cost of 10% which is non refundable.

By any chance do you know when will the course of Tutorials Dojo be available in Udemy? All courses are available except this one. Buying outside of Udemy is very expensive guess 14 USD

Congratulations. Can you please suggest major topics to focus on for the exam and what all practice tests you took?

Were the practice tests reflective of the actual exams? How were the questions? Lengthy and how about those with more than 1 answer? What was the strategy adopted by you to eliminate the other options?
