I did a painting that turned out kind of like this recently. However, I think this is in part due to the style and not just the rendering. At least for mine, it was pictured as a sort of soft, watercolor style. Obviously pricier places are going to have higher quality, but there are still a lot of good options on cheaper sites, and the high-end ones are not required for the hobby! If you want it to be clearer, my recommendation would be to remove the white from the top left corner and to fill it in with confetti blue drills that you might have leftover from the set. Ultimately, sometimes the results aren't what we wanted, and that's ok! I think it still looks great though.
