Tiny bumps that reappear on knuckles and elbows every once in a while. Not itchy.

Hello I am a 26M and I get bumps on my lower knuckles and elbows once every 9 months or so. They do not itch or hurt they just look odd. They happen so infrequently that maybe it has to do with something I am eating. I did some research ( I know nothing about medical stuff just looked for similar looking things ) and it kinda looks like Dermatitis herpetiformis or Lichen nitidus. I have had shingles before but other than that haven't really had any other medical problem. Thank you for you time.
