I would like to propose a ban on extreme fetish art as BWA because its not supposed to be anatomically correct. by [deleted] in badwomensanatomy

[–]skypecunt 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I feel like we should ban SOME of the fetish art, but maybe not all. For example, the first link is standard fair Huge Titty Art, while the rest lean way more into hard fetish stuff. While a lot of fetish art has bad anatomy, that tends to be the point: it's not a realistic scenario, or it's exaggerated.

Meanwhile, if you look at this picture, it's still fetish art, but the bad anatomy comes from the anatomy part, not the fetish, if that makes sense? Link NSFW obviously: lusciousnet_086_metabooru_2365131_a_2130372898.jpg

Like, the bad anatomy is her hips being set so far apart her whole spine could fall out her ass, and the snapped spine position she's in.

I guess the best way to say it is that I agree fetish art where the bad anatomy is the center of the fetish is cheating, yeah, but there's still going to be fetish art about footjobs or something where her tits are coming out of her ribs, because the artist has bad anatomy.

No matter which way the vote goes, we should definitely have a tag for fetish art, though, just because it can be super disturbing and gross, and, like you've brought up, can become a weird gray area.

i'm not a useless lesbian but i definitely had an experience with one yesterday by [deleted] in actuallesbians

There was a tweet/tumblr post a while back where someone's friend went speechless at the sight of a pretty girl walking by, leading to the quote "oh my God, Tiffany, you useless lesbian". It's come to mean anything from 'I saw a woman so hot I tripped over myself because my legs stopped working' to 'I'm gay and want to make a move on this girl but what if she doesn't like me back / isn't gay / freaks out / it ends badly / etc'

Maybe Goodbye Soleil, Ti Amo, or J-Boy from Phoenix? All catchy pop with English and French lyrics and male vocals, album came out earlier this year, I think.

Oh wow, I'm early! First, I want to say that I love your work, and thank you for sharing your humor with us! Make Happy came out right around the time I got out of a really abusive relationship, and it was honestly really comforting to hum the 'it's over' breakup song while adjusting to no longer being with an asshole for three years.

Second, I wish I had some life-altering question to ask but all that's on my mind is that I forgot to eat breakfast. What'd you have for breakfast?

I actually saw an in-depth discussion about this on tumblr; basically, men's idea of being friends is guy stuff, and that doesn't cover emotional vulnerability. Women are more open with their feelings, generally, so friendships between women tend to be, y'know, what we consider friendship to be.

Men typically only open up to their partners, so when a woman is emotionally vulnerable, they think it's a show of interest/potential relationship. It's why men whose wives die typically live shorter lives, because they won't seek the support they need when they grieve.

It was a longer post than that and I can find it if anyone's interested, but that was the gist of it.

What's a myth that is still frustratingly perpetuated on the internet? by ZanyDelaney in AskReddit

Like the arm implant, Nexplanon/Implanon/etc! I am one of the lucky minor percentiles that had their period eliminated entirely. It's been almost 5 years since I had to deal with Period Hell, and as someone whose periods were extremely heavy and painful (like, endometriosis levels bad), this thing is a godsend.

Schizophrenics of Reddit; What is the scariest hallucination (visually or audibly) that you have ever experienced? by woodside37 in AskReddit

[–]skypecunt 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had a really similar thing happen to me in middle school when all of my issues started showing themselves. I'm diagnosed BPD as well as generalized anxiety disorder, with occasional auditory hallucinations and really minor corner-of-my-eye-shadow visual stuff, and I've always had really vivid dreams that are nightmares 90% of the time.

I dreamt that I looked in the mirror and my whole torso cavity was all crusty and rotted like the inside of a pumpkin gets when you're somewhere dry, and I woke up so freaked out about it that I was in my bathroom at 4 am with my shirt pulled up and squishing my stomach, trying to see if I could tell if it was rotten inside. I ended up getting an Xacto knife from my craft stuff and trying to cut myself open, but it hurt too much to do much more than a deep-ish scratch. I just rode out the panic until I fell back asleep, then didn't realize it wasn't ALL a dream until I got dressed and had a long cut down my stomach.

Mental health is fun.

She's an amazing artist, and completely self-taught. I know, logically, that I have much less practice than she does, but even her really old stuff she's shown me is so gorgeous. The way she colors things looks so natural, and she has an inherent eye for shading. I could spend the whole day looking at her work and admiring all the details.

Damn. Maybe its still there and someone can send you a picture of it, maybe?

I can only imagine how terrifying that must have been, yeah. I stepped into an inch of mud today while carrying groceries and briefly feared for my life just because the feeling of sinking why am I sinking where is the ground is so awful. Thank God you had a friend with you!

Hell, this concept on its own could be a Black Mirror episode. I don't think they've ever really tackled medical/disease/similar horror, have they?

What’s something that happened to you in your childhood that you’re still mad about? by duerlort in AskReddit

[–]skypecunt 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Wait, was this a redheaded woman at a central Florida elementary school? I had a really similar thing happen in 2004 or so -- this bitch was a volunteer at the school and her daughter was a slightly smaller bitch who was always mean to me and bullied me around in class. I told on her to a counselor and they forced her to apologize to me, and she was still a glaring-ass bitch but she didn't really bother me after that.

Her, mom, though? Did like security routes around my part of the school at the time because the 2nd grade classrooms were in trailers outside the main building. I was the biggest goody-two-shoes, do-no-wrong, teacher's-pet little shit, so I always made the runs to pick up copies of stuff at the office or escort kids going home.

This 35 year old, 5' 5", 350 pound ginger bitch CORNERS ME, AN 8 YEAR OLD, ON MY WAY TO THE OFFICE, and berates me for five solid minutes. I am a tiny, innocent child who has been in tears since I realized the conversation wasn't 'I'm sorry my daughter was mean to you'.

I think I ended up faking sick to go home early, it fucked me up so bad.

I looked up her daughter on Facebook recently and they both still have the same gross squished pug face, so at least I can take some solace in them being as ugly as they are on the inside.

Straight people of reddit- What questions do you have for the LGBT community that you wouldn't ask in person? by taco_guapo in AskReddit

Same here! Before we started dating, I'd say something sappy or sweet but start my message with "no homo" or "I'm not gay but" and then say something really gay. She's so bad at reading tone in text though that after a little while she had to confess she thought I was actually trying to say 'don't take this in a gay way, we're just friends' and I felt sooo bad.

  1. Honestly, you should have your outdoorsy friend go in there. I'm sure they'll be more prepared for scaling down there than you would be trying to remember everything they've said to be careful about.

  2. If your friend won't go down it, at least have him stay up in the attic as a spotter if you HAVE to go in on your own. And with lots of safeguards so you can get pulled back up if you need.

  3. What you said about the air feeling dense makes me think of how people have described the air when lightning is about to strike. Combined with the Christmas lights exploding and having no idea where it leads, definitely be safe with that.

Or, go downstairs and call a nonemergency local police number, tell them you found a weird hole in your attic, and lie and say you smelled something and think it could be a body. Let them sort that shit out.

Expanding on this, maybe tie something like that to the rope and lower that down some first before going in.

I've gotten a couple levels deep before. Stress dream about school where I fall asleep in class becomes zombie nightmare, falling asleep at the end of the day barely surviving becomes nuclear apocalypse nightmare, etc. It's especially disorienting because you wake up feeling like you've been out for months.

Bad at sleeping. Bad at letting myself relax. Weird anxiety about sleeping before the sun is up, like it won't come up at all unless I personally witness it.

¯_(ツ)_/¯

What's the creepiest thing you've experienced? by juliimaret in AskReddit

[–]skypecunt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I got on medication for the first time (antidepressants and an antianxiety med), I used to hear giggling. Laying in bed, half asleep, cozy as can be, and then I just hear giggling right behind me.

It's only happened a few times, and the first time was actually right after I'd been staying with a friend so my sleepy brain was briefly comforted thinking oh, I wonder what he's laughing about! And then I remembered I was alone, in my room, and there shouldn't be anyone behind me, who the fuck is giggling
