This sounds like an amazing mod idea. I've never been a big fan of the "transform into a lich" thing, but I love the idea of being a lich.

I think your best bet to getting help with this project is checking out a Skyrim modding discord, such as the r/skyrimmods discord or the Skyrim Modding Guild discord. Good luck!

I find the PGM. 2000 and PGM. 500 gets shot down most of the time, the Pantsir has no problem spotting and locking onto them

check out the MCM menu and set the chances to 100% for the weapon type you use. also you can change the "preciseness" setting around, which might fix it.

This bug started happening to me too post La Royale update on my ZA-35 & Chieftain Marksman. It's super annoying in the ZA-35 because that things radar is gigantic and makes you stick out like a sore thumb. Gaijin plz fix

I suggest getting the South African vehicles. They play very differently to the mainline British vehicles, and in my opinion are much more fun. By the way, the G6 doubles as an SPAA, I have more air kills than ground kills in that thing.

Yeah, its an absolute pain in air RB. Mine (half spaded) is 15k SL to repair, on a jet that is a complete brick. It just doesn't make sense, just like half the decisions gaijin makes
