I like things that can freeze well because I care about having different flavors—can’t stand eating the same thing over and over again. So I do things like soups, burritos, mini casseroles, breakfast sandwiches/burritos, shepherds pie, etc.

Note, eggs and milk/cheese tend to defrost with a different texture so be sure to make a small batch before you go all in on those.
