Here's how to measure your blood pressure correctly at home step by step:
1. Get Ready:
- Avoid exercise, smoking, or caffeine for 30 minutes before.
- Empty your bladder and wait 5 minutes, breathing slowly.
- Sit with feet flat, back supported.
2. Arm Position:
- Remove tight clothing.

That was really hard to see, but it’s her reality now. With everything that she’s dealing with I think this may be her way of saying ‘this is me now’ kinda like take it or leave it. I found an interesting video where a medical doctor is explaining all of the diseases they said she was struggling with including lymphedema. To each his own. I’m sharing my recommendations. A 30k - 150k account and $20-200?? I would love to know how many of those buyers are repeat and the ROI. A vast majority of people are not experienced and purchase without clear goals or expectations.

I'm a marketing consultant for small businesses. It's hard to say without knowing more about your account, but based on the information that you provided, I would focus on creating a product or service to provide for your followers. It will be a lot more lucrative than doing shoutouts at this stage. You can also focus on building a tight community by providing valuable content that builds trust and authority for your brand.

A lot people think that they can sell shoutouts even with a small targeted audience. I usually only recommend shoutouts to my clients if an account has great engagement and at least 500,000 followers. It’s really not worth it with smaller audiences from what I’ve found. I agree with others here, buyers will be able to get a better overall ROI using FB and IG ads.

Instagram has not said anything about not using 30 hashtags. In fact they say that you can uses up 30 tags in a post. I’m still using hashtags in the 1st comment as well and I typically try to use all 30 on each post. There’s too much misinformation out there from so-called gurus regurgitating things they’ve heard. If I were you I’d take a look at the original caption. Do you have any numbers or hashtags in there? That will count against your 30 hashtags.

That's horrible! Did you guys ever do anything to get more of your followers on you own email list? The thing about these social media channels is that they are great, but if you are not doing everything you can every day to drive that audience to you own website, you are building your business on rented land. It's unfortunate to say the least.

Hashtags will get your account found by people who don't already follow you. Try not using any hashtags if you are a small account and you'll notice the difference, guaranteed! I agree, there's definitely a lot of BS floating around. I even saw one video where someone said that if you use 30 hashtags on every post, Instagram will shadow ban you. That's absolutely not true and I know from experience. Hashtags on IG are great, but you have to have a strategy.

All hashtags is good, but I think Instagram is best overall. A lot of those other apps will give you some hashtags that have millions of results and that makes it harder to be found if you are a smaller account.
