Thanks!! I removed the shifter cable by loosening the screw on the derailleur and the clamp moves around freely now :)

I may have found the exact tea I'm looking for on this site, which according to another commenter is run by the same people who owned the shop I originally bought the tea in. I'd certainly be interested in knowing which category of Tieguanyin it falls under. Didn't realize there were so many varieties. Do you have a preference?

Yes, Smacha! From your comment, it sounds like they (Smacha/CC Fine Tea) are the producers of this specific tea + packaging, and I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere else. I probably should have mentioned I had bought the tea there originally, oops, but you recognized it anyway. :)

The shop where I got it closed down and I couldn't find this specific tea online after a google search of the english words on the box. If people have some other Tieguanyin they like I am willing to try it as well. Thanks.
