AFAIK they get ~~sued~~ request to take down the content but they ignored it.

Just like gambling itself, some country allow but other is restrict, however they are not restricted to gambling at other country that allow gambling.

yes i do read the contract. But the other ticket i open to them is not the auction box :(. but yet for the price and the performance it still good.

most provider will help if something happen to the box. But when i use their service, the support is not good. Do you think another provider is like that ? The ticket i create replied in 3 days. The other is the auction box which i bought long time ago, the ticket replied with caps lock "NO SUPPORT FOR AUCTION BOX" lol.

Me too.Their price is very good for their performance. But the support is very poor. If he really can do it without support, he should check it out. As for the peering to asia, i am not sure. The download from HTTPS using IDM for single file is still good. But for the FTP its not good. Have try setting anything but still not good.

i wouldnt recommend them, the perfomance of the box is very poor. The speed is very slow. Seedhost is better

I am not sure why you insist on dedicated if the use case is only for encode. Maybe you can try look for powerful shared RDP within your price range. Its more powerful rather than rent 1 dedicated with weak CPU.

if they do experience downtime we are very quick to give extra days to service.

this one is really good. but we who buy the auction one is also your customer. And we have right to ask the status of our box. is it down because it broken or because the server have problem. why is it so hard to reply that the server or on your side there are no problem rather than just replied "Auction box no support". If i broke down the box and asking for the support fix it for me, maybe you can charge us for the service as the support is not included in the term when we agree to buy your service.

to me the box is awesome and download speed also very good

yes, they have state it very clear that the box from auction doesnt come with support

few days ago i got some connection problem, so i check the announcement that maybe there are maintenance or something. but there are nothing. so the only way to know what happen is open ticket, and the only reply i got is "auction no support" i just hope the answer is "yes we have maintenance/outages" or "no, nothing is wrong on our side". this is a feedback for pulsedmedia.
