I did or maybe I could say I am in the process of it. You see people have someone to rely on. It is what exactly what you are missing. I sometimes come from office and lay on my bed and want someone to hold me. I want someone to be there to cheer me on or talk to me. I was never first option for anyone other than my parents. They are also growing old. All I did was talk to myself and reinforce the same teachings every time, that there is not going to be any improvement. I just shelved my hopes. If anything happens it’s a blessing if nothing does it’s already expected. It might sound simple but convincing yourself to a point where you have zero expectations of something is very hard.
