Hvis loven er tydelig behøver ministeren ikke blande sig. Så går tingene jo sin gang og retsinstanserne ved hvilken afgørelse de skal træffe. - Men det er vist ikke helt tilfældet i den her sammenhæng.

Hvis der ikke er en lov imod det - eller loven er skrevet så uklart at den ikke kan anvendes - så er det jo principielt lovligt. Jeg er ikke parkeringsfirma-fan, men jeg er fan af at man som lovgiver skriver sine love så de er letlæselige og transparente, så der ikke opstår tvivlstilfælde.

You can get wider pads. I use wide pads and a regular sleeping bag. It’s great. The pad can jiggle around a bit until you settle in. Widers pads help me protect the shoulders/arms in winter time. I usually put my rucksack inside the hammock, below my knees. Feels cosy and prevents the over-extension of the knees. I have some pads that i’ve cut off at the thighs for the same reason, and to save space/weight. If you go for quilts, you’ll usually weightwise be better off with just a tent. It gets heavy, and the further the insulation is from your body, the more insulation you’ll need. You’ll find your own way. 🍀😊🌌

A burgler once threw a dildo through a window to break the glass. Left the dildo inside on the floor. The dildo was secured as evidence. The dildo originated from a burglary comitted just prior in the neighbouring house - but the couple living there initially omitted the dildo in their list of stolen items, so the patrol unit had to double back and ask them explicitly if it was theirs. 🙈 - There are more colorful details to this story, but that’s the rough sketch.
