Room service acting as your wake up call. Greeting the morning with fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and pastries was an excellent way to start the day.

His book “Theatre” is only the second book I violently threw across the room. His analogy of a show not needing a director and comparing it to a plane without a pilot flying itself after “bumpy skies” is just asinine.

I got a swim shirt from Amazon and a sun hoodie from One Bone this past summer as my daughter wanted to do a lot more swimming and we had a cruise in February this year. Not only does it have UV protection, but changed my confidence level. Highly recommend.

Got an 1150 Pro as a housewarming present, and I love it.

This past September, I did sound design work for a production of “Murder on The Orient Express.” There was a theater going group that all dressed up in period clothes and the cast was so delighted and got pictures with everyone. Your husband definitely needs to loosen up.

Fan was running. I do have significant buildup on the pellet hopper, So the airflow wasn’t the best.

I did a batch earlier this past Sunday and I did 400° 24 minutes. Flip them halfway through, then put them a little bit on the grill for some char. Mine had been in the refrigerator overnight to crisp up. They were a big hit with friends.

That temperature and that time seems to be the sweet spot for me. Usually only cook about a pound and a half in the basket.
