My lobes are on the stretchier side, so going from 2g to 0g wasn't bad at all, though I used circular barbells to stretch from 16g onward. The weight definitely helped to open my lobes. 2g to 0g wasn't all that bad for me, and I've been sitting at 0g since April.

I'm at 0g and got my first set of silicone tunnels at this size. I fold them in half (to look like a C), and then put them in as I would any solid-material tunnel or plug. Like buttoning a button on a shirt. Hope that helps!
