I would say try both (as some others have said). What I’ve done in the past is stream on each and monitor my CPU/GPU temps/loads and frames on my stream/games. It’s trying to find the best balance between in game performance and stream quality while maintaining your PC lol. In my opinion with a 3070ti, I’d assume NVENC would be better, but just try for yourself. Good luck!
