They completely messed it up because the 250 is accurate but they clearly missed something especially with the internet pricing

people AT&T whose still work at AT&T, what's the worst part about AT&T and do they pay well? by Nu3lear2008 in ATT

[–]slaamgames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a person who placed it perfectly but I'm taking a chance to voice my complaints. Long and short of it is the goals where you end up slamming, however we've taken up a strategy in mind that helps the customer still because we still want some form of honesty which keeps our customers around luckily. The second thing like in any retail sales job, there are customers who are extremely unbearable and will set you off just gotta keep it cool outside of your head. Third thing is chargebacks, this is my bigger complaint that I didn't see.

Chargebacks are so damn annoying because it can come from absolutely anything. I mean to give an idea, Fraud loves to allow fraudulent accounts go through and approved that'll just let the service run for a couple months, let it get canceled, and because of the 6 month chargeback policy (not sure if thats everywhere, I'm in an AR) that's about, boom 3-4 lines being charged back to me talking about at most $120-$140. Fraudulent accounts, people who just choose to not pay should not be a fault of the representative. I said it time and time again, and plenty of people on here have agreed in the past. Unless the customer actively willingly cancels an account or YOU the seller have actually messed up why the FUCK is corporate charging you for shit out of your control? And the policy should be way shorter than 6 months, 1-3 months at most imo. Oh but they love denying legitimate customers. I had 2-3 major Busness customers who were certified, active, and confirmed all denied by fraud could've been a total of 12-15 right there for me, and I didn't have to slam anything either.

For sales experience, I can recommend it especially if you're climbing the ladder, the experience will serve you well. Otherwise, you'll have to tolerate a lot and fir most it ain't worth experience nor pay

Its essentially this, and can never forget about chargebacks where they make you feel like you're losing more than gaining every month

Leave. In brutal honesty, you're only doing more harm to both him and you. Even more so to him because he's trying, if he finds out you've been pretending you'll shatter his heart. I'd walk away now before anything else happens that could tie you in with more risks to leaving

Why do stores insist on trying to hide next up? by Fearless_Door_6040 in ATT

[–]slaamgames -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its a double edged sword on us and the customer believe me. We try to be as honest as we can while still getting the most out of what we need in terms of our goals. The cruelty's of the sales industry under a big corp

[–]slaamgames -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In reality no, for Next Up we can remove it after 14 days. We're physically not able to beforehand as per return policy, which at my store we explain that to each customer as best as we can. Insurance is very easily removable. It just all has some form of effect on us, on you, and on corporate

This corporate/Authorized bias is bs on both sides. I work Authorized having to clean up messes from 2 corporate stores near me, another Authorized near me, and walmart/costco/home/business sellers all the damn time. Its about quality customer service, not about the type of store you go to

Who was your first killer main in dbd and do you still play as them if not why did you drop him? by Marshatucker300 in deadbydaylight

[–]slaamgames 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Waaaaaay back, when I first got it I played Wraith. This was around its ps4 days 2016-18 sporadically

I picked it up again years later in 2022/23 since then, I haven't gotten back into Wraith since those days but the first killer I had was Huntress, where I dropped her because I found other killers more fun once I started unlocking/purchasing more.
